36R高性能臺(tái)式光功率計(jì)

36R系列光功率計(jì)是市場(chǎng)上先進(jìn)的功率之一，使用先進(jìn)的模擬控制板，獲得高的靈敏度、準(zhǔn)確度和速度。采樣率達(dá)250kHz，擁有11 fW和7 uJ的測(cè)量能力，頻率測(cè)量，5.7寸彩色顯示屏，多圖形顯示和高級(jí)統(tǒng)計(jì)功能等，并且擁有簡(jiǎn)潔易上手的用戶操作菜單，提供單通道和雙通道兩個(gè)版本可供選擇。

兼容多種探頭：

可兼容于半導(dǎo)體低功率探測(cè)器、熱電堆探測(cè)器和熱釋電探測(cè)器等，這些探測(cè)器都是熱插熱拔型，無(wú)需關(guān)機(jī)重啟更換探測(cè)器。

半導(dǎo)體探測(cè)器包含硅Si、鍺Ge、銦鎵砷化物InGaAs探測(cè)器，光譜范圍200-1800nm，pw-W的低功率測(cè)量。

高功率、高能量探測(cè)器協(xié)同工作，1mw-20kw高功率測(cè)量可以利用熱電堆探測(cè)器190-1100nm實(shí)現(xiàn)。7mJ-20J脈沖激光器測(cè)量可以采用熱釋電探測(cè)器190-2000nm波段實(shí)現(xiàn)。從單次到10kHz的脈沖重復(fù)頻率直接通過(guò)儀器測(cè)量無(wú)需示波器。

高級(jí)測(cè)量能力：

真正的均方根rms測(cè)量技術(shù)，不受輸入波形影響。

250000數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)存儲(chǔ)緩沖區(qū)、基于外部USB的額外存儲(chǔ)、模擬和數(shù)字濾波、可編程采樣率、移動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)、繪圖以及多用戶配置存儲(chǔ)。數(shù)字、圖形、條狀和帶狀圖。

脈沖、峰間和DC 光源測(cè)量可以W、dBm、dB、J、A、V 和太陽(yáng)常數(shù)等為單位進(jìn)行顯示（取決于探測(cè)器型號(hào)）。采用我們雙通道36C29 系列光學(xué)測(cè)量?jī)x能夠同時(shí)測(cè)量在不同功率等級(jí)和波長(zhǎng)下工作的各種不同光源。
